Whether you’re carrying something heavy, trying to make sense of your past, or simply feeling disconnected from yourself, you’re welcome here, exactly as you are. Inner Revolution is a warm, collaborative therapy practice where healing happens gently, and your whole self is honored: mind, body, soul, and spirit.

I am a trauma-informed, holistic psychotherapist who believes in the healing power of creativity, connection, and coming home to your body. My work honors you as a whole person: mind, body, soul, and spirit. As a biracial, pansexual, gender fluid, and neurodivergent clinician, I bring my whole self to this work because I know what it means to hold multiple identities at once.

I don’t believe there’s one right way to heal. My role is to walk alongside you with curiosity, care, and deep respect for what feels safe. My approach is trauma-informed, holistic, and always collaborative. We go at your pace. Some sessions might be quiet and reflective, or deep and profound. Others might involve gentle movement, creativity, or mindfulness. I weave together a range of approaches depending on what each person needs.

Getting to know the different parts of yourself with compassion, including the ones that feel difficult, protective, or hard to understand.

Honoring the spiritual dimension of healing, whether that’s faith, the mystical, meaning-making, or connection to something greater.

Gently working with what the body holds, releasing stored trauma through awareness of physical sensations and nervous system responses.

Everything is connected: mind, body, soul, and spirit. I create a space where all parts of you are honored and supported in the journey toward wholeness.

Helping you make room for the hard stuff without letting it run the show and moving toward a life guided by your values, not your fears.
The lasting echoes of difficult childhoods, relationships, or life events.
Navigating moments that feel disconnected from reality, with gentleness and specialized care.
Figuring out who you are, including your gender, life purpose, sexuality, and sense of self.
Healing from the real, ongoing harm of oppression and discrimination.`
You deserve support, not judgment, when you’re in your darkest moments.
When life feels too hard to carry and the light is hard to find.
My practice is especially designed for adults who are carrying a load: people who are questioning, searching, or healing, and who want a space that honors all of who they are.
You might be someone who:
I have particular experience and passion for supporting young adults ages 18-30 navigating psychosis or first-episode experiences, trauma survivors including childhood trauma, mood conditions like depression and Bipolar, and marginalized communities. And while my heart is especially in this work, all clients are warmly welcomed.
You don’t have to fit a certain mold. You just have to be ready to begin.
That’s completely okay. There’s no wrong way to start. Our first session is simply a chance to meet, share a little about what’s bringing you in, and get a sense of what working together might feel like. You don’t need to have it figured out.
Confidentiality is a cornerstone of therapy. Everything shared is private, with a few legal exceptions, such as when someone is at immediate risk of harm. Suicidal thoughts are more common than we often acknowledge. If you’re experiencing them, we’ll talk about it openly, and the focus will be on finding ways to stay safe together.
Hospitalization is considered only if there’s no other way to ensure safety, and we’ll discuss options openly so you feel supported and in control.
The relationship between therapist and client is one of the most important parts of healing. That’s exactly why I offer a free consultation so you can get a feel for my energy and approach before committing. Trust your gut. If it feels right, it probably is.
Yes! I offer a variety of insurances. Please see the insurance page for more information.
